              Municipal Court

              Municipal Court is held 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month at 1:30 pm: in the City Court/Council Chambers at 134 Malone Street.

              The Records Division is open Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.   Incident and accident reports may be picked up during these hours.

               The Criminal investigation division is in charge of investigating any unsolved crimes. The majority consists of felony crimes, thefts and homicide.

              Patrol Division


              Public relations, education and prevention programs are all part of the traffic officers duty.

              The Traffic Enforcement function consists of three traffic officers in vehicles. Bike patrol officers assist with traffic, patrol and special details.  All traffic vehicles are equipped with radar and video surveillance. All officers are trained in traffic law, DUI detection/prevention and accident investigations.

              The patrol officers provide 24 hour coverage of the city. The officers work 12 hour shifts. The bike patrol officers ride the bikes and handle crimes as well as public relations.
