The Senior Citizen program has been a very popular program. 

The Senior Citizen Program is provided as a service to the elderly citizens of Sandersville who live alone and wish to be called/checked on. We make these calls twice daily. This program has proven to be very helpful in getting the necessary attention for these elderly people who otherwise might go unattended for days.

Senior citizens are invited to call us and request their names be put on a list to be called one or two times a day.  Our records department keeps this list and calls every morning and night.  The records department and some of these citizens have become very good friends over these telephone conversations. 

If you are a friend would like to be placed on this list you can call the Police Department at 478-552-3121 or complete form below and submit.

When your request is received.  We will call the person on the list, and the requestor, if they are not the same, to confirm the request before placing on the call list.

Contact person. This person will be called in case person on list doesn't answer. Also this person will be responsibile of letting Police in (citizen on list) house in case of an emergency.
