The Sandersville Public Works Office is open Monday - Friday from 8-5.  Robert Eubanks is the Public Works Director.  You can contact the office at 552-3459.  We are here to serve the community with Water, Sewer, Street and pick up of yard waste.  Please feel free to contact us with any problems you may have.

State of Georgia Outdoor Water Use Schedule

Due to drought conditions across Georgia, the Director of the Environmental Protection Division (EPD) has declared a level two drought response  for the entire state.  The declaration requires that Georgians immediately follow a more stringent outdoor water use schedule.  The rules apply to any entity, and its customers, permitted by EPD for water withdrawal or for the opertion of a public drinking water supply system.

The level two drought response schedule is as follows:

Odd-numbered addresses may water ONLY on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, 12 midnight to 10 A.M.

Even-numbered and unnumbered addresses may water ONLY on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, 12 midnight to 10 A.M.
